Er ... Singing? In the rain?

One day it was just raining - no lightning or thunder or tornadoes - just raining. So, I let the girls go run around and get wet. Stephanie insisted that she needed to "GET DRESSED" for the rain. She said, "Wait here Mommy. I will surprise you!" and ran off to the other room. When she came out, this is the "outfit" she came up with. I couldn't resist the picture.
